C.T.S. Comminution Technology Systems s.r.l. is a company skilled in the planning of complementary machines and plants especially in every kind of mills intended for fine grinding, classifying systems of powders, dedusting systems and programmable management of plants.
Both planning of single machines and plants are made inside the company with the aid of 3D systems. All the studies and researches have the aim to guarantee the highest quality and reliability of practice Made in Italy. Plants are planned following the client’s needs, to reach the best results possible, paying particular attention to energy saving and environmental compliance.
In our factory is available a laboratory, used both for sperimental researches and execution of grinding processes and sieving on material samplings provided by clients, to detect firstly achievable results.
This allows to propose and implement all kinds of facilities of advanced technology in different sectors of application including:

PROCESS
The company works in the process of comminution of bulk materials, including primary grinding, secondary grinding, micronization and classifying by sieving and by air.
Besides the comminution, any heat treatments are provided, such as drying and cooling when it's necessary.

PROCESS OF PRODUCT PREPARATION
Aimed to the elaboration process of comminution and to the materials treatment provided by Clients to obtain produtcs according to the required specifications.
To this purpose is available in our factory a test unit, used both for sperimental research and the execution process of grinding and screening on material samples provided by clients to previously get the achievable results.
TECHNICAL CONSULTING
Our design and engineering department is at your disposal for every kind of need both for the study of particular applications and for assistance to maintenance of machines.
STARTING PLANT ASSISTANCE
On specific request our technicians provide to assist the client at every stages of the plant commissioning.
